• Hassal has a strict no-refund policy. 
  • Our Exchange policy is valid within 7 days From the date you have received the item. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) please email us at info@hassal.co or drop us a message on Instagram with your order number & name. 
  • Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn & in their original condition along With reciept. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible. 
  • For lahore Residents - After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 250 redelivery. 
  • For other cities I.e Islamabad, Karachi, Multan etc - the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 250 redelivery. 
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged
  • Delivery charges cannot be re-imbursed.
  • No exchange/return for international orders.
