- Hassal has a strict no-refund policy.
- Our Exchange policy is valid within 7 days From the date you have received the item.

- Please note all exchanges are valid once ONLY and once an item is exchanged, another claim cannot be made against the same order number as it expires in the system.
- Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn & in their original condition along With reciept. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible.
- For lahore Residents - After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 250 redelivery.
- For other cities I.e Islamabad, Karachi, Multan etc - the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 250 redelivery.
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Delivery charges cannot be re-imbursed.
- No exchange/return for international orders.
