Please note all exchanges are valid once ONLY and once an item is exchanged, another claim cannot be made against the same order number as it expires in the system.
Please note that all items must be tagged, unworn & in their original condition along With reciept. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible.
We are not responsible or liable for any wear, tear or breakage of shoes that happens upon usage or wearing. We do not offer warranty on shoes.
For lahore Residents - After an exchange request is placed, The exchange will be done on spot for 250 redelivery.
For other cities I.e Islamabad, Karachi, Multan etc - the customer would have to send us back their item at their *own expense* & once we receive it, the exchange will be dispatched for 250 redelivery.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
