· Any product bought from HASSAL can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving it.
· It must be unused, with the label and the tag in the original state
· A customer must choose a replacement product from the current collection.
· A customer must choose from products & sizes available on our website at the moment of time.
· Customers who desire to Exchange their order should send the product to us on the given address, on their own expense (if out of city)
· Sale products cannot be Exchanged or Returned.
· HASSAL does not offer a Refund Policy.
